Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a doctor in Clearwater, FL and we thank you for considering us. If you’ve decided to make an appointment, we have made requesting an appointment a simple process through our website. Once you make an appointment, you will be contacted by one of our staff. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We request as least 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans; a list of major insurance plans that we accept is provided below. We participate in some Health Management Organizations and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. If you do not see your insurance plan below, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We also accept checks, cash or credit cards and offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our office manager for details.
